Sean is a seasoned International Counter-Threat Advisor (ICTA) and leading expert in Explosive Ordnance Disposal(EOD), having previously served as the Senior Instructor DEMS (Defence Explosive Ordnance Disposal Munitions and Search), the UK’s premier institution in this specialised field. With over 24 years of distinguished service as a Royal Engineer, Sean possesses unparalleled expertise in demining and combat operations.
Throughout his illustrious career, Sean has delivered counter-threat and EOD solutions at both strategic and tactical levels. His operational roles have spanned a wide array of high-profile assignments, including the NATO Summit, Syria Conference in Westminster, Secret Services, Cabinet Office Briefing Room, as well as missions in Botswana, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Congo, the USA, and Denmark. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to counter-explosive ordnance search teams during operations, Sean was awarded an MBE.
